Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Bentonville

Had two orders, I tried paying with my debit card for both and the girl who took my order said the it decline the second order, so my friend ended up paying for it. The next day I look at my bank and they charged me for both orders and ended up charging me twice for the second one, I called to get a Refund on them, and the girl who helped me with my order was very rude and unprofessional, claiming that she knew it was decline and because she ran my card twice. After trying to explain that I did get charged because I checked my back, I couldn't get her to comprehend that. I was getting mad at this point so I just,told her I was not going to argue about this that I was just going to talk to my bank. So today I called my bank. Just to find out that the charges did go through and I had to open a dispute claim for both transactions. So the reason my car was declined was because of how Many times that employee ran it. Not because of funding issues. Worst experience ever. Will definitely not go to this...

This location is by FAR, the best one to get your food. Service is always good, too. Brooklyn is really sweet. Try the ultimate meat and cheese breakfast burrito if you haven't yet. This spot actually makes them the way they are supposed to be made. And it's the only location I have found thus far able to do it! All the other locations fail. I drive out of my way just to go here even though there are other locations closer because I want my food to taste good. Soooo thankful...

Family was in town visiting and never had sonic before so they were excited to try it. Got home was missing our fries for the 3 combo meals we ordered. We were bummed and disappointed that this represented our sonic experience. It wasn't busy and the person that took our order was really nice. I'm sure it can be hard to keep a positive mindset with food Industry. Someone should insure quality checking bags after the effort was made to make. Best of luck to...
