Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Bentonville

I forgot to order marinara sauce with my delivery order so I called immediately and asked them to add it which they happily did. Then they delivered our order and forgot the sauce. So I called and they offered to send the guy back with sauce even though we would be done eating by that time. Then the delivery guy called me to apologize and offered to bring me a 2 liter soda, but we don't drink soda so he offered $10 cash. When he got back to our house he said it was from his tip money and the store said they couldn't do anything for us so he was willing to make it right himself. We declined. It's not his job to make things right even if it was his mistake. If papa John's cared about their customers at all they would be willing to make it right. In addition, they have absolutely terrible quality checks or just don't care what the pizza looks like because the pizza we received was terrible-half the crust was completely bubbled up.Trash. If you care at all and feel like you maybe want to do something to make it right, this is my order number from 8/13/2022....

@Donna the GM I would like a response please! We have been a Papa John’s customer for a while and have been very patient when it comes to delivery (even though the app states between a certain time) as we understand you are short staffed with drivers. But tonight really is not ok. I guess you all are using DoorDash now to help with deliveries?! The app showed our order was delivered, but never received. So I called and spoke with the “manager” on duty and all he could tell me is there’s nothing he can do as it was delivered through this service. I explained that I ordered on Papa John’s app and not through DD. He said it’s out of his hands. Now we are having to wait another 30 minutes (if we’re lucky to get it in time) and looking at 1.5 hours for our pizza to arrive. @papajohns...

Manager is a huge b yelling at the top of her lungs at the employees. They hire way too many drivers so that no one gets any deliveries, and the car topper has GPS tracking that measures the speed of your vehicle and any quick accelerations or braking which sounds 'safe' but it forces us to drive ridiculously slow so that we get tailgated and I even got ran into a ditch by a pickup truck and did a lot of damage to my car because they were tailgating me with their bright lights during a storm. I also had people call the store and complain that I was driving too slow when I was literally driving the speed limit. Also all the mask wearing California liberals invading Arkansas make it even more unbearable to work here....
