Monica was awesome and very knowledgeable in her jewelry!!!! Very friendly courteous and helpful!!!....well that changed when the ring came back from the guy that sizes their rings she didnt write down rhe directions right and it came back way too small so the manager said he would drop the price on the sizing and would send it off to get fixed that it would be back by friday of that week(this was a Wednesday) or tuesday of the next...Friday came and went....tuesday came and went...Wednesday we called and they said it hadnt even been sent to the guy to be fixed yet...friday rolls back again and they werent as nice and helpful they waited till 430 to call me back and let me know it was in...when we came up there monica had attitude with us and her whole deemer was unprofessional for someone that was to be handling her mess up...We will not be buying any more jewelry from there doubt we buy anything else ...they just handled it all...

Couldn't be more disappointed in the blatant rudeness of the woman who works at this establishment. When one gentleman asked her if she would look help me, j was greeted with an eye roll, and told before ever having my items looked at, which were unable to be seen as they were in a dark colored bag, "Sorry, ma'am we only buy good items." Refused to even check the electronics I brought with me to see if they worked, barely glanced into the bag and rolled her eyes again, saying once more, "I said we only buy good items." Argued about imaginary scratches on a $600 Movado Esperanza Swiss watch, insisting the value wasn't high enough for them to bother with, which I had called about before coming in, receiving a completely different response from the gentleman that...

This shop is amazing! They have the best price for dog food anywhere around. Every time I go I always walk around to see what else they have (because that’s what you do at pawn shops). They have an amazing variety of products in good condition for sale. I also am an avid knife collector and oooohhhhh man they have some gems every now and then that are too good to pass up. The staff is friendly and always helpful. After shopping there my second time, they remembered me to the point where I am now a regular. I always have witnessed them treating everyone else that is in the shop the same way. I was told to S/O Connor so….S/O to Connor for the help! You all...
