Subway — Restaurant in Bentonville

Well, where do I begin. Ok. My first mistake was ordering online. But either way. A simple order. Tuna, white bread, toasted. Onion, White American cheese, lettuce, tomato chipotle sauce. Nope! Got tuna, no onion no lettuce...one...yes! ONE tomato on a foot long! And what I believe is ranch dressing. Now, I know I should of known better than to order online but I'm at work. Don't have much time to go to the place. But still! It's sad to see people just not doing even the simplest job remotely good. But they just didn't even try. Such a disappointment. But honestly, NOT the first time I've had a bad experience from this particular location. Sorry. But this just did it for me. Will not go to that...

Usually i enjoy a good subway sandwich and i havent been disappointed by a subway until now. When i arrived i was immediatly greeted with music that was so loud i couldnt even hear the employee when she greeted me. So i walk up to the counter and say i would like a meatball sub. At which point she tells me that i have to wait 8 minutes so she can cook some meatballs for me and i agree. After the time has passed i filled out thr rest of my order and checked out. When i began to eat my sandwich i found that the meatballs were still cold...maybe she didnt like making me wait but you should never sacrifice quality for speed. I would not recomend anyone...

I am not a big fan of Subs but every once in a while I treat myself. Subway is never my first choice but it was late not in The mood to cook and it was on the way. I have been back 3 times since. The young man that served us was awesome. Didn't get his name but he had an awesome mustache. He was engaging and thorough mad made me one hell of a sandwich. We came back and it was a different person and the service was just as good and a different person the third time and same thing. I don't know who the owner is but kiddos. You have fantastic people working for you and they are doing a helluva job representing...
