I will start by prefacing that I am an ex-employee of Chickfila, and I know the quality expected at chickfila.
Usually,tthis chickfila is okay. But not great. On a normal basis it usually comes warm, but not hot. I know this is not always controllable, but it also caused by being lazy with the food timers (which tell employees when how long food can be made without being thrown away).
In addition I find that the customer service is a little more lax at this location, nothing bad, just okay. Not what you expect from a Chick Fil A.
I've have also had multiple occasions (I think I had 3 in a row until today) where they had gotten my order wrong, only one instance where they made it right by offering a free meal. At least this time they got it right... Right? WRONG! They gave me a "large" fry that was only filled half full, and as I was sharing it with someone else left me feeling incomplete and cheated of my extra fries.
During this order specifically they not only cheated me out of some fries (my guess is they didn't have a new batch ready because mine were already pretty cold when they gave it to me, I couldn't eat them and threw them in the oven when I got home). I also had a burnt sandwich, like BURNT, chard on the entire sandwich and was overcooked so the chicken was tough and dry, which made it a little sad to eat because this has been my craving for weeks! And the final thing on top is that I substituted for a brioche whole wheat bun because they're usually more puffy and taste better, but both sandwiches that came in my order, were both smashed and were flat and McDonald's looking (those who know, know)!
That's all I have for the moment, as always I know this was only a few instances, but a few instances that should not have happened. If chickfila of Bentonville makes this right, then I will happily rewrite this review. Chickfila as a company is still my favorite fast food restaurant and I will continue to go, but will probably second guess the...
Read moreLow rating for constant lines and wait times and the strict breakfast cut off at 10:30am. While I have never had a negative experience with the staff, I have rarely had a good experience at the restaurant. I recently moved from an area where all the chic fil a’s in a 30ish mile radius we’re extremely fast and prompt, some running two or three lines in the drive through and barely requiring drive through customers to stop while in line.
The Walton Chick fil a location either does not prioritize customer time or has missed out on some kind of efficiency training that other locations have received, as it is by far the slowest chic fil a I have ever been to, with a line that often spills out onto the main road that runs North/South through town, causing 3-4 customer cars to be completely stopped in the right lane, with more traffic piling up behind them.
Additionally, if an order for breakfast has not been put in before 10:31am, they will not accept it. Normally this isn’t an issue, I have no problem with rules and getting places on time, but when you have to arrive to the restaurant 30 minutes early on a weekend morning just to ensure that you can purchase the drive through breakfast you want, it’s a little bit ridiculous. I understand the cut off exists for a reason, but after sitting in line for a solid 20 minutes, only to be turned away at 10:32am, it is hard to want to go back to the same restaurant.
I love Chic fil a and rarely have a complaint, but unfortunately the rate of speed this location operates at has caused me to pass up eating chic fil a more times then I can count, even though I absolutely prefer Chic fil a’s food.

Read moreI have nothing but bad things to say about this location. My last 3 visits and their customer service are %$#ing horrible. So oldest to most recent go as follows and each visit has atleast 2 weeks apart. I order 2 chicken wraps with ranch, large sweet tea and waffle fry. One wrap barely had anything in it and they sent mayo packets with it, large unsweet tea and the waffle fry was the only thing right. Next visit I'm thinking they cant possibly #&^ nuggets and a chicken sandwich. So my 30pc was just 2 12pcs and the chicken sandwich had a weird bite feel like it was not cooked long enough so it was not eatable for me. And now brings me to this last time and my breaking point to where I am finally saying something. I waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes before someone takes my order. I got in line at 8:35pm. I finally get to order at about 8:50pm and I order two ranch wraps, 30pc nuggets a lg sweetea and a lg waffle fry. 8:56pm I'm told we only have two 12pcs made up left and are not frying more food or making more tea.... so I request names and numbers of the manager on duty, the store manager and corporate cause this customer service you people pride yourself on is $&%*ing $#^&. The food goes inside and comes out 5 minutes later and says he cant give out that info. And I said you cant or wont?. I need to speak to your manager. He disappears for another 5 minutes and says the manager isnt available but we can take my number and the store manager will call me in the morning. It's been 4 days now...
