For our upcoming 10th anniversary, I took my wife's ring to Linden's to make a major upgrade. The first thing I noticed was that unlike many retailers, Ashley (the owner) and her staff, actually listened carefully to what I wanted right from the start.
First, I wanted to upgrade the center diamond in my wife's existing ring to a much larger stone. However, I wanted to preserve the center diamond in a new ring, flanked by new diamonds that would fit the shape of the original when worn together.
It was a difficult job for anyone because of the type of ring I had. We searched through some of the prefabricated rings to find a solution but there was nothing that would work quite right. Ashley wasn't satisfied with 'making something work' and asked me if I'd let her make it custom, to match my wife's ring.
Noting my "must haves," we spent the next hour or so developing a concept ring. She thanked me for trusting her with such a daunting task.
A few days before our anniversary, I received a call that the rings were completed and went to Linden's to pick it up from Ashley. It was jaw-droppingly beautiful. The level of detail and care that she incorporated into the new ring, while making the original look brand new, was absolutely incredible. It is obvious that she takes pride in her work and is very skilled at jewelry making. She took that special care to make sure everything was perfect.
I tried so hard to hold out until our anniversary to give the rings to my wife, but I just couldn't. I gave in early and surprised her with it. When she opened the box, she was speechless. She tried it on and it fit perfectly. We were both awed by how beautiful it was. Since then, her friends and family have be gushing over it. Even the occasional checkout lady at the store will pause and compliment her on it.
Even if you're not looking for wedding rings, she has a great assortment of custom made pieces and all sorts of other tasteful jewelry and accessories. Additionally, the shop is conveniently located fairly close to Bentonville, just a couple of miles off of I-49 (US-71) in Bella Vista.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience -- she exceeded my (high) expectations. I highly recommend stopping by Linden's Jewelry for your next purchase or just to look around. Ashley will take care of you and make your vision for that perfect piece...

I made my first purchase for myself at Linden’s Jewelry about three years ago. Since then, I have stopped at other stores in Arkansas, Texas, Kansas, Oklahoma, and Missouri. I have to say that Linden’s Jewelry is trustworthy, reliable, and I’m proud to call them my jeweler.
I’ve kept coming back because the high level of class, pressure-free professionalism, and wonderful customer service – not to mention all of the bulldog cuddles I want (Lola is the best)! The know-how and skill set of the staff is second to none. I have mostly dealt with Ashley Linden, and my experience has been nothing short of amazing.
I’ve been so fascinated by the custom design element of this place, as I’ve had a few custom pieces designed. In the past, I had taken my business to other jewelers in the NWA area. What normally took the competition weeks to complete, Linden’s had it complete a matter of days and the best part? – The cost was fractions of what I used to pay elsewhere! If you can imagine it - they WILL make it for you! If you can't think of what you'd like - they WILL help guide you through the process.
Linden’s will have my continued business and support for years to come. I’m recommending everyone I know or meet with jewelry needs to check them out.
Thank you for the best experience anyone could ask for with something as delicate as...
Read moreI was so excited to shop at Linden’s Jewelry. It is a woman-owned business and we believe in supporting small businesses. Our first visit was great because it may have been with the manager or owner. She was eager to help us find the perfect chain.
We went back in today to make a purchase, and believe me when I say, we will not return. Eva, the sales associate, could not have been less eager to help. Everything seemed to be a bother to her. Oh, you want a diamond cut chain? This is all we have. Oh, you want a different clasp? Too difficult and expensive. Who is she to tell us what is too expensive for us without even researching lobster clasps? She finally looked up a chain that we would have bought, but we were so turned off by her attitude, that I refused to spend that much money with her. We will go elsewhere to get the chain I really want with a workable clasp.
We have never felt like our business was not wanted like today. We were longtime clients at two locally owned jewelry stores in downtown Rogers, but both stores closed. I now have a chain with a clasp that I cannot work, nor can my husband. Although I was happy to buy at a locally owned business, this one will not get...
