Look I’m sure this place does fine haircuts, if you can even get your haircut. Today I had an appointment for a haircut and waited 25 minutes after my appointment and still wasn’t in a chair yet so I left. Perhaps they were very busy and overbooked them selves. I could understand stand that except. The problem is I was waiting a total of 40 minutes because I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment and not a single person told me how long I would need to keep waiting, where I was in line, or why people who showed up after me were getting their hair cut before me. They have a sign that says if you are 7 minutes late for your appointment then you become a walk in. So you tell me why after waiting 25 minutes and people arriving after me. Those people were still having their hair cut before me. Again maybe they had a bad day and were very busy that’s fine but if they don’t work on their customer interaction and communication they will never succeed in the long run. I will never go back again but I doubt they care about 1 lost customer if they wouldn’t even communicate while I was...

From me calling to see if they had time for me, to 1 and 1/2 hours later. AMAZING!!!! So here is the hole story. I call because I needed a massage makeover hair and beard, that had not been cut or trimmed in a few months. They said can you be here in 30 minutes and I said sure. I walked in to a super clean and sporty pub feeling male salon. They instantly received me and had me in the chair in just about 2 minutes total. Then the Magic started to happen. WOW!!’ The haircut, beard trim, clean up shave, not 1 but 3 different hot towels to cover my face, moisturizer twice, then a cold and refreshing towel, yes really there is more, then clean up my neck line with the razor, and last but not least the vibrating shoulder and neck massage. Would I recommend them YES!!!! Plus they have an app really l? It’s amazing. I’m already booking my time every month. Guys go it’s something I never knew I needed and or wanted. I got pampered, as my wife would say about her trips...

Edited to add: We returned for a second time only to realize our previous stylist was no longer there. Instead, we met Herman. Let me tell you- he might be my favorite stylist EVER. He was patient with my boys. Their cuts were ON POINT! He even made my super scared 7 year old feel completely comfortable and for the first time ever he left a barbershop happy as can be. We've already booked our next appointments. Give V's a shot. You won't be disappointed! Our first time trying V's and we will definitely be back. Britt was super attentive and made my son really comfortable. He was having a lot of hair cut off and she kept checking in with him to make sure that he was really sure he wanted that much taken off.
