15 years of light use, never a problem, I live in New Providence. I called a few days ago to inquire about equipment that can take old paint off my concrete floor in my 1 car garage. The guy on the phone seemed a little unsure of himself but I went with it anyway. Came in this morning and got an 18" orbital sander. Explained my situation a little bit more, And they came up with 2 attachments for the sander. The guy showed me how to put the attachments on and how to turn the machine on, easy peasy.

10 minutes later I'm home, I turn the thing on and it goes wild, completely unexpected out of control and smashed into the wall. I call the store, they put me on the phone with the mechanic, The proceeded to tell me that I've gotta come back in to be taught how to use the item.... In the quick use I realized there were 2 choices; smash up my garage and either destroy the floor with the one head or do nothing with the other.

I pack the item up and go back to the store. Loading unloading and bringing the item back took 45 minutes. I explained what happened to the guy behind the counter and asked him not to charge my card; mechanic giving me grief over the phone, no instruction on how to use the item safely, and to top it all off the guy wanted to charge me full price.

Never ever come to this store, this family has lost its way, a shame that it's now a failed business which only cares about the bottom line cha-ching.

If I had to fight home depot and lowes, I would never stoop to this level to make $75. Shame on you Taylor Rental, If I could give 0 stars I would. Do us all a favor and knock your building down so there's more parking...

This location is a Penske Truck Rental agent and as I am a Penske Hiker I make frequent truck moves to and from this location. The owner, Paul, and all his staff are always friendly, efficient and willing to assist in enabling me to complete my assignment. I notice that the premises are very congenial and inviting and from the busy nature of activity there I believe they are well-respected and often called upon by the community for their services. We rented a bounce house from Taylor Rental. My husband picked it up the night before the party. When he got home he blew it up and there was mold EVERYWHERE! The smell was HORRIBLE! No way would I ever let my kids inside of it. My husband went the next morning to return it and the person could care less. They did give us our money back without much hassle. Needless to say I won’t be using Taylor ever again or...
