What a fantastic coffee shop find! If you live in the area and don’t know about this place - I’d be shocked! We were traveling through and found this because it popped up as allergy friendly, but it’s so much more! The staff was super friendly, the coffee and treats excellent quality/taste and great vibes overall! If you are anywhere close to here, I would suggest stopping. They make all their syrups in-house and are very knowledgeable about coffee and espresso based drinks. They also source locally roasted coffee that ha the roast date and look to be mostly single origin. The drinks were great, expertly crafted! Provisions is such a warm, welcoming and bright place to stop! Their staff are friendly and know how to have a good recommendation from the menu. They have their staple coffee (and non-coffee) choices as well as a rotating seasonal menu. Their baked goods, made In house are delicious and on weekends they highlight pop tarts (just like our childhood memories but 100x better!) I love that they offer a lot of seating and variety of options (low, high tables, comfy chairs, and a large gathering table). I have been a fan of PSc since they opened their doors in 2021 and had my first sip of their honey oat latte. I love having a small and family owned coffee shop in town and being able to support them. I find myself coming to PSc most weekends, whether it's to get work done or sit in the cozy corner and read a book, meeting with friends, and even ordering on their app and grabbing a latte before I head into work. All of the staff is friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere is inviting, as well as peaceful. I've enjoyed expanding my coffee palette and trying new drinks and their food as well.
