Overall this place is very good. Place is super nice inside and the food and drinks are high quality. I just felt compelled to write a review because the staff have a hard time getting orders right. The first time I came to busy bean I asked if they had skim milk, to which the cashier replied they did so I ordered a skim milk latte. After I ordered I saw her start to make my drink with whole milk. I stopped her and she said “yeah we have 3%”. If you don’t have skim milk just say that! Whole and skim are very different and some of us can’t have it. I appreciated that they remade my drink with oat milk. Came back 2 weeks later to give the place another try. My gf doesn’t eat meat so she ordered a western sandwich without ham. They still put the ham. Then she went to get it fixed and they forgot the egg. Very frustrating experience, but they gave her a free cookie which was very nice of them. Ultimately, we will definitely be back for the great food, drinks, and atmosphere, but hope that they can improve...
Read moreI absolutely love this cafe! I first came here with my sister after hiking Ragged Mountain and I have been back almost every weekend since and everything I've had has been delicious. The staff are also very kind and helpful!
There's also good wifi and plenty of electrical outlets if you're looking to settle in and get some work done. Or cozy up on some of the comfy chairs and read for a bit.
The first time I went I ordered a crepe with raspberries and biscoff cookie butter. It was amazing! The raspberries were fresh and the cookie butter was warm and gooey, wrapped in a crepe that was perfectly cooked with a buttery brown crisp outside. The crepes are huge so definitely order one and split it if you're with a friend (or come hungry and enjoy the whole thing!) I also got a spiced cardamom latte which had a nice aromatic flavor.
I've also tried the hot chai, the carrot cake, the pistachio cake, and the oreo cheesecake and they are all good as well. But I would definitely recommend the crepes the most,...
Read moreWifey grabbed us coffee from here yesterday. I had a regular coffee that was satisfactory, while she had a Maple Vanilla Breve that was good. Perhaps next time I will expand my horizons and get a little more creative/adventurous when making my selection... The staff was friendly, and the place was nice. Update: I went here again and as previously stated, I did get a little more adventurous and ordered a couple of Salted Caramel flavored coffees. Mine was black and I got cream in the wife's coffee. Both were very good, and we were happy with the purchase. Again, the staff was friendly & courteous. They have lots of choices for items to eat; Cheesecake, Macaroons, Kind Bars, Honey Cake (whatever that is - Looks like it may be worth a try), Nature Valley granola bars, and more... Overall, this place is nice, but does get a little busy, which isn't an issue since they are well staffed with a staff that works hard to keep the foot traffic...
