Jason the district manager was very rude to us. Sam was the only one working and doing a great job. She was 6 deep. The other customers left. It was to long of a wait. While Jason sat in the back. Coming out to say bye. Added a rude comment to my husband. There was no reason for him not to stay and help. And him being rude was unacceptable. My husband is a older man. We had already been wanting for 39 minute. He had his hand holding himself up. On the stainless steel outer rim .I've work at subway. They have no rules on were you can put your hand. As a customer. He wasn't touching the glass. If he was worried about contamination he should move his chips. But Jason the district manager said (hey buddy move your hand). WTH. So Rude. We eat there once or twice a week. We will not be eating there anymore. So tired of always going in and having to wait 30 minutes to an hour to get served. Or there out of bread. This time they were out of Parmesan cheese. It always something. (Does the district manager not know how to keep supplies in stock). Now they have bad management. It's not for me. The last few times we have been there our experience has...
Read moreI had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. I asked if I could purchase just a small side of turkey for my dog. Instead of accommodating such a simple, reasonable request, the employee insisted the only way was to charge me for an entire sandwich, which made no sense. What made the situation even more frustrating was the inconsistency — moments later, the same employee handed out free cookies to another customer without hesitation.
To make matters worse, after I left the counter, the employee spoke to the next guests in line, telling them I had been rude. What they didn’t realize was that those guests were actually part of my party, so the behavior was unprofessional and unnecessarily disrespectful.
Policies are one thing, but the way this situation was handled lacked basic customer service, fairness, and courtesy. This experience left a very negative impression, and I hope management addresses how situations like this are handled...
Read moreThe store manager, Lynette, is extremely rude! She asked the customers to move away from the counter so that she could inventory the chips. She should have helped make sandwiches to help the customers who were waiting. Then, she threatened to charge me for wanting more olives. She rudely argued with me that Subway's policy is that they only give you 6 olives for a footlong. Then she proceeded to argue to continue to prove me wrong and showed me a card that says they are only allowed 6 olives per footlong. I would avoid this store at all cost. They are trying to profit by wrongly charging you for more vegetables. I have never, ever, been in a Subway that limits the amount of vegetables that you can get. The other two employees were very helpful and continued to apologize for what I could only assume was their managers...
