I had the pleasure of being assisted by Scott at O'Reilly's on November 1st, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Initially, I visited AutoZone for a battery issue, and they diagnosed it as a failing alternator. However, Autozone advised me to double-check with O'Reilly's, knowing that they conduct a thorough car battery review. So I did, at orileys Scott meticulously inspected my battery and determined that it was indeed the culprit, not the alternator. He not only helped me find a suitable battery for my vehicle but also installed it. Scott's professionalism and dedication to his work were truly impressive. He's the most knowledgeable and experienced individual I've ever encountered at O'Reilly's. With over 10 years of service at O'Reilly's, Scott deserves recognition and appreciation. His expertise and ability to accurately diagnose and solve the issue left me extremely satisfied. I'm now a loyal customer and will return to O'Reilly's for future business, all thanks to Scott. We blew a serpentine belt, and our tension pulley seized on the 25. After a pit stop at another auto store, where they couldn’t locate the part, we hobbled our old Toyota over to O’Reilly’s.

Noah jumped right on it. My husband explained what happened and what he suspected, and Noah had the parts on hand! They even loaned us the basic tools to get back on the road.

We’re 200 miles from home, and with our dogs on board, this could have been a serious situation. Thanks to my husband’s skill and Noah’s expertise, we can head back up the long road to Colorado with confidence.

8-31-23 7:30pm Went in with a dead battery that needed testing. Mark greeted me as soon as I entered and was quick to help me. He put it on the machine and said it needed to be charged to get a correct reading to see if its good. Took my phone number and told me he would call with the results when it's charged. Fantastic customer service. O'Reilly's is my go to over AutoZone next door. Customer service is always on point and they always have what I need....
