I don't like writing negative reviews but I've just about had it with this place. I had one really great spa experience here a few months ago and had attempted to book two more times with this place. The second time I had something booked, the receptionist failed to let me know that the massage therapist wasn't going to be in. She waited until I was sitting in the waiting room for a good 10 minutes before telling me that she "Meant to call me..." and was unable to get to the phone inside of the office to notify me of this. Considering I had taken off from work and was looking forward to my appointment, I was fairly irritated that she completely brushed me off and shrugged as if it wasn't a big deal. I wasn't even offered anything for this being an inconvenience. But, I tried to give it another chance. I booked over a month ago for my birthday this month online. Was just notified not even a week before the appointment date that they had accidentally double booked and asked if they could move my appointment to another time. I don't understand why I'm being asked to move MY appointment time if I had booked far in advance. I told the caller that I would have a busy day and that it would throw my schedule off since I had booked in the morning. She apologized but I felt again, brushed off as a customer. Wasn't offered anything for this AGAIN being an inconvenience. If you're going to run a business, please do not brush off your customers. We are paying your business for your services. If your website is not working, then take down the option to book until it is fixed and for gods sake, please let your customers know IN ADVANCE if you are going to change anything, even cancel so that we're not wasting our time. The massage therapist I had the first time I came was wonderful and sweet, which is the only reason I am giving this place two stars. Lourdes I have had her do my permanent make up for my Lips, Eyeliner and just a month ago she did Powder Eyebrows. AND ALL I CAN SAY IS... WOW!!! I have not yet to be disappointed. She has been my medical Asthetician for over 5 years, so when I say I trust her I TRUST HER. Everything she does looks natural and color choices she makes goes perfect with my complexion. I receive compliments left and right on her work, people will even question me asking what make up I use, when I barely use none. She has worked hard in learning the mastery to her services, continually learning and expanding her knowledge in the practice. It does show. Not only is she great at her services but she also will educate the patient on what she does and makes you feel comfortable/relaxed with the whole process, most importantly the Post-care aspect of the procedure. Post care is the most important part of any procedure, you need to heal properly to receive optimal results. (I know this because I also work in the industry) She would check on me everyday, if I had to send her pictures with questions she would respond to assure me its all part of the healing process. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LOURDES to all ages. From permanent make-up to Medical Asthetician techniques, she is one who will not disappoint.

From the moment of making the appointment and meeting the staff to the end of my appointment I have to say that everyone was so professional and kind. The center was clean and bright and I knew that I would be comfortable having any procedure or service performed there. After discussing my options I decided to go with the Juvederm Volbella.
