My treatment was done Spring of 2021. But the experience was so awful, I’m still upset about it to this day. I left a review way back when, and then the owner Doylene, lied in her response to me. I was so infuriated that I deleted the initial review. When I went, I was a Mother and also working full time and doing college full time. It was a BIG deal for me to spend even 20 dollars on myself. But I spent 1,200 on a package there. I lived check to check. No savings. I had two sessions on my sides and two on my lower stomach. I was desperate for change and put it on a credit card. I waited months after treatment and then told Doylene I felt like there was no change. We spoke over the phone. She told me I must just have body dysmorphia and that I should come in for progress photos. She took the photos and did a side by side of my before and after. She looked at the comparison and stated that there was no change. She said she would redo a session. Cool. So I showed up for the third session and the tech was extremely confused on why I was there. They told me I already had my free session. No, I didn’t. They went back through records and saw I didn’t. I got the session done and still no change after months. Had more photos done. For the second set of photos, they positioned my clothes much differently and had me posed differently and tried to claim there’s “some change.” No, there wasn’t. I have the pictures from them plus ones I took of myself that can solidify my claim. When I left my initial review, Doylene came on to respond and say that none of it was true and that I had a huge change in my body with great results. No, I didn’t. I am so upset to this day that I wasted what to me was a HUGE amount of money and that I wasted time, and then they responded the way they did. I don’t know if they lie intentionally, but they were definitely highly disorganized. If you can admit to my face that there’s no change, just refund the money. Not do a third session that also didn’t work and then lie saying it did. Pay very close attention to the “after” photos they post. Notice how many of them are different lighting and some...
