I have used them several times over past 15 years to monogram everything from baseball caps for the team to personal shirts. I've also dealt jewelry with them. Jewelry was fine I was in a bad spot and really had no time to shop prices. The monogramming use to be quickly done and no trouble however about 6 months ago. I dropped off 2 items and when I returned to pick up they had trouble finding my items and when found there was a completely different persons order ticket with them.
