Uh, they don't know what products they carry. We were looking to outfit my son with an 8lb ball and size 5 youth shoes. I called BowlerX and asked, "Do you have these items in stock?". Lee answered, "Yes, come on in and we'll hook you up". Well, after a 1.5 hour drive, BowlerX did not have any 8lb balls, did not have any size 5 youth shoes and the entire staff bailed out to roll a competition against some local teams. We wound up getting my son a 10lb ball which is too heavy for him right now. Listen, if you have the goods in stock, tell me. If you don't, tell me that too. I could have ordered an 8lb ball off of Amazon and had it drilled locally instead of embarking on 3-hour round trip where my son wound up with...

I just purchased a Hammer Black Widow 3.0 when I went to pick up the ball and check the drilling it was perfect. I have issues with my thumb and they fit the thumb hole perfectly this is my fourth ball I got from them all the balls were great .I live at least 2 hours away and the service and dedication to the customer it the very best I have no problem driving the time and distance to get the professional service and high quality products from this team I would recommend this place to anyone that has issues with there thumb or any other bowling issues Great job keep up the...

Great shop, everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable. They try to get to everyone as fast as they can while also not leaving the customer they are with hanging. My only complaint would be they are not open for more than a few hours a day, so it's hard to get there sometimes,and the shop is really tiny and can get pretty...
