They listed a customer solutions department number for me to call, and when I call the representative is wildly rude when I explain I called because they asked me to call after leaving a 1 star review. Hands down, this rent-a-center is the best. The staff is incredibly friendly and willing to take on any task without hesitation. I primarily worked with the manager, who deserves his position. He constantly communicates with me to ensure that everything is going smoothly. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for furniture.
