This is Burritos — Restaurant in Bethlehem

This is not boring food! THIS IS BURRITOS! When walking in this restaurant you may not be expecting much, but don't let appearances deceive you! It is plainly decorated with 5 eat-in tables. But what it doesn't have in decor... it more than makes up with absolutely delicious food. Esto es una fiesta de Boca... This is a mouth party!! Olè. My wife and I had 2 burrito bowls, and you can 100% customise it. I had the barbacoa with Jamaican Jerk Seasoning, and each and every component was made with love and so tasty...I had every spicy thing they could throw in and it still wasn't spicy enough... but WOW, DID IT BRING THE FLAVOUR! My wife also had the barbacoa and delightfully found each bite so delicious! She saw on the menu that that they had Philly Cheese steaks, and we ordered one and it was the most delicious one I and my wife have had north of the city of brotherly love! The Staff here are so kind, accommodating, and even culinary thrill seekers.

They have really 3 sections to their menu; Latin, Wings and Sandwiches. They are completely willing to mix it up and try some fusion... as is evidenced by the Jamaican Jerk seasoning on my burrito bowl... It's a fairly new restaurant... but one that everyone should try! Yelp randomly recommended This is Burritos to me last week. Only saw it had two reviews but they were both really good so I decided to give it a try.

I am so happy I did. The burrito bowl is so good. Imagine chipotle, but enough for two meals and they don't skimp you on the meat - that's what you get here.

I'm a big eater and almost always finish my meals, I ate probably 3/5 of my burrito bowl and decided to save the rest for lunch tomorrow.

The first time I went I got a quesadilla and it was also loaded and delicious. I got the shredded beef and it was phenomenal.

The service is great and the owner is extremely personable and kind. Came in with my wife and 1 year old daughter and she was engaging my daughter as we ordered our food.

I was in The Stefko Blvd shopping center for something else and noticed this new restaurant that wasn't there the last time I was in the area. I Googled it and saw all of the great reviews, so I decided to try it. The cashiers were friendly when I ordered. I got the fried tilapia combo with shrimp fried rice. The portions were huge!! I also got a single taco that you can choose whatever toppings you want. The taco was a meal in itself because it was stuffed with all the delicious toppings I chose. My fish was fried perfectly. The only complaint I have is the fried rice. It was good and had lots of shrimp, but it had this "sweet" taste to it that I don't get at the Chinese restaurant I normally visit. I'm not sure what the chefs are using to make it sweet like that, but I would rather have it left out. Because of this I probably will not order fried rice if I return. Overall my meal...
