If you would’ve asked me a week ago, I would have recommended Buona. But after this last order, I will no longer ever recommend them nor eat from them ever again. We placed an order for delivery through the Slice app and when we were told the order was on its way, we knew that the restaurant was only 10 minutes away. The estimate for our delivery in total (Making everything and delivery) was 45 minutes. It took the driver 40 minutes to make the delivery making the total time from order placed to delivery was over an hour 35 minutes, so that was not acceptable. We were willing to look past it as long as the food was good. We ordered the Vodka Garlic Knot Pizza which has Vodka sauce, crispy chicken, & fresh Basil. What we got was a Plain Cheese Garlic Knot Pizza; no chicken, no Vodka sauce, no Basil. The other items in our order (a House Rice Ball, Buffalo Chicken Rice Ball, and an order of French Fries) were all horribly burned. When we reached out to the restaurant to inform them of the problems, we were told that they made everything correctly and refused to do anything about it. Didn’t apologize for the messed up order, didn’t apologize for way too long delivery, and essentially told us screw you. Stay away from Buona, they don’t care about...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this amazing pizza place and I have to say, it exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly staff and a warm, inviting atmosphere. The menu had a wide variety of options to choose from, but I decided to go with their signature pizza and I was not disappointed.

The pizza was cooked to perfection, with a crispy crust and fresh, flavorful toppings. Each bite was a delicious explosion of cheesy goodness that left me wanting more. The portion sizes were generous and the prices were very reasonable for the quality of food that was served.
