not very friendly over the phone, for context ive spent about $1200 here so im aware of this business and ive talked to the people who work here in the store from the couple of times ive bought things here but today i called to just ask questions about inventory and i felt like the saleswoman was just annoyed with my presence and sort of hung up on me as i was trying to say goodbye anyway. i am disappointed to hear theyre not carrying menswear anymore because their stock used to be fairly high quality but oh well i'll have to spend exorbitant amounts of money elsewhere. in a prior phonecall with a salesman i also felt pretty disrespected so tldr; not very apt customer service, no menswear, good selection for womenswear. unfortunately it is impossible to find good clothing stores in this entire part...

I suggest to not shop this business online. I asked about a bag and condition since there are no returns. They left me on read have ignored me which says to me the bag isn’t in good condition and the business doesn’t care.

I will add a picture to my review of being ignored by designer cosigner on instagram and still I have not gotten a response back for days now.
