My experience with J Rothstein & Co-Beverly Hills

How i found the store: Based on a quick google search and a phone call i decided to bring my golden crucifix in for repair.

The Problem: I have a gold crucifix, where the loop broke apart. ( see picture) In addition to that, since gold is very durable i put a flame on it, trying and hoping to fix it myself which just made it worse. If you have a similar problem please don't try the same! So the loop was in a bad condition when i gave it in their hands.

Pros:

Time: The loop was repaired within just 4days! Safety: If you love your jewellery piece you can be assured that it is safe! Transparency: Janet kept calling and informing me about the process, next steps and pricing information. Quality: The loop was professionally restored and even made stronger! Price: The price was very fair based on quality 18K materials

Cons:

Location: Even though located in a nice and safe neighbourhood, you have to be aware that the store is not that obvious to see at first sight. It is located a little hidden, upstairs in the corner. But once you get there it is worth it, not just because of the views;)!

Summary:

I am very grateful and happy to have found this place and can highly recommend it!

I went to this store to buy a pair of earrings as a gift and was having a pleasant conversation with the kind lady assisting me. Honestly, there weren’t that many options, but because I was in a rush, I decided to buy from them. While I was carefully selecting a gift box, an older man kept interrupting her, calling her over repeatedly. EXPECTATIONS EXCEEDED!!! I just picked up both my pearl necklaces (white freshwater and black Tahitian chokers) from Rothstein Jewelers and I am truly impressed with Janet's restringing workmanship. The necklaces literally looked like new necklaces and not the ones I've owned for 9 and 11 years. The pricing is seriously the best in town and the turnaround time was even quicker than I expected.
