Make sure you check your order before leaving if you order for take out. This place could’ve had a lot of potential, but I paid $26 and ordered the prosciutto and burrata sandwich and unfortunately they forgot the main ingredient – the prosciutto. I ate half of it without the prosciutto as I was upstairs doing my nails for two hours and was starving and by the time I finished my nails and went back to ask for the prosciutto on the side, my sandwich was completely soggy, as were my fries, and it was just a waste. Huge bummer honestly. it would have SUCKED to have driven home and realized I didn’t get a full sandwich. I was also accidentally given someone else’s macaroons but we realized in time to trade orders back… The caramel latte was delicious though and I’d give it a second chance, the people seemed to love the food, just unfortunate my experience with the food didn’t live up to the expectations.
Update: bumping up from 3 stars because our experience was a lot better the second time around! We also got pastries this time and they were DELICIOUS. The strawberry and pistachio pastry were so good and the coffee was even better the second time around. Their fries are also amazing, definitely recommend getting those with the...

Would you like to be berated in front of strangers? Informed you actually owe the restaurant money? Have a $1 bill aggressively tossed your way? Then congratulations, you’ve found the perfect place. Come for breakfast, stay for a public shaming. I arrived for an early breakfast meeting, ordered their classic waffles with an upcharge for eggs, and learned minutes later after taking a seat there were no waffles… at 8:10am. No menu offered to figure out an alternative, so I grabbed one myself, settled for a side of potatoes with the eggs, and asked for the price difference back.
When I checked later, the employee claimed there was no refund, and insisted I actually owed them money, and then tossed a single dollar bill at me in front of other customers. The food was fine, but the performance in customer humiliation is clearly what they do best. Everyone has a bad day from time to time, but goodness gracious, at 9am? I won't be back.
Also, look at how the owner responds to other customer's feedback. Telling! I also rated the restaurant high for atmosphere, which is very nice. Food was decent for what they had at the time; it is just their service...
Read moreIt’s really too bad the service has not been good the lady at the register was actually rude when I asked questions regarding menu items. The lady was singing to loud rap music that was especially loud for a small bakery. I asked if the music could be a little lower and the lady keeper looking at me with an attitude. Like, I said it’s really to bad because the food is good and its a very cute little place. I have been here many times and the same lady seems to have an attitude rushing us at the register when there were no other customers behind us. This is not an eatery of loudness the atmosphere is rendered by great hospitality we were not even able to hear each other speak I would think in Beverly Hills where dinning is a large part of people’s lives we should have had a quaint experience when dinning. Ordering coffee, soup and salads I expected better service. No customer wants to feel rushed when ordering and especially looked at because the customer asked if they could lower the music being played the music was not even proper for the...
