I came in for a Rhinoplasty with Dr. Sofer June 5, 2020. I must say that this journey has been a long one and Soma was patient with my decision making since day one. To give you a rough idea, I went in for a consultation over a year ago to get an idea on pricing, what to expect before and after my procedure, etc. I never felt pressured to book quickly or to rush such a huge life decision. They let me take my time to fully decide and book a surgery date which I grateful appreciated. Dr. Sofer has been so kind, patient and understanding with all my questions, concerns and follow ups. This was my first surgery ever, so understandably, I was a nervous wreck once the day finally came. I am so grateful for the surgery team that took care of me because they did everything that they could to make me feel at ease and comfortable. I am now day 5 post op, and I can already see a more refined version of my nose. I thank Dr. Sofer again for hearing out my vision for what I wanted my end result to look like and for being honest with my expectations from the very beginning!...

The clinic is Join Commission certified. I feel safe having the surgery there. All the staff who helped me are caring and professional, especially Aiko, the coordinator. She’s pretty and compassionate, answering my questions, reminding appointments and saying encouraging words to me...

The valet parking in the back is convenient and the guys are polite.

First of all, they offer a free consultation with Dr.Sofer. I have actually called other facilities and they usually charge 200-500/consultation which will be deductible from your next treatment, sort of a way to lock you down as a client. I actually did a virtual consultation first and then in person. Dr Sofer was generous with his time for both consultation and never pushes you to do anything. Second, Dr Sofer was such an expert. He understands exactly what you are tying to achieve and may offer extra options beyond the limited researches done at home. Really just gave me more options to choose from and some of them less aggressive, which is great. Thirdly, the front desk and the nurses are just super friendly.
