This is by far one of the most helpful, friendliest, and understanding Verizon store I have stepped into. When I first walked in I was greeted by one of the associates. They were not only concerned about what I came in for, they were very knowledgeable about the products that they carried. I was interested in getting a new phone. At first I was interested in getting a new iPhone especially since the X had come out. I was unsure whether to spend a thousand dollars on the anniversary edition or settle with the iPhone 8. Not only was the attendant super helpful as they went through the pros and cons of each phone, they took the extra step to understand what I liked most about my phone. I love taking pictures. So I was looking for something that could capture the fantastic adventures I have( and the not so exciting but charichable moments as well) with quick response and amazing results, without having to have the skills of a seasoned photographer. They not only introduced me to the perfect phone for me. It happens to have a super slow-mo camera, dual aperture lens, you can even edit sound and music into the videos I record right from the phone. Not only did they find the perfect phone for me, they checked on one of there deals and I was able to get an additional phone of the same type for FREE. You should have seen my mother's excitement when I surprised her with a brand new Samsung Galaxy S9. What a great experience. We bought a phone for my mom 7 months ago at this store and it was suppose to come with a free phone case and screen protector. Austin, the "manager", gave my mom excuse after excuse for months why he didn't have the cell phone case for her. She was about to give up until I got involved, because now it's the principle. He wasted so much of her time. I went in the store when I came to Big Bear. He told me he would put in an order for it. I asked him when should we be receiving the case? He told me, he could give me a tracking number in a day or two. He was nice enough to give me his personal phone number, if I did not receive a tracking number. He texted me hours later stating he did in fact have a spare cell phone case. We went to get it later that day. Turns out it was used, dirty and cracked! Unacceptable! I gave him a week to give me a tracking number, and of course never heard from him. I texted him, he responded he would have to escalate the issue, and most likely it's a stock problem. After he was supposedly escalated the issue, I texted him a few business days later, he did not respond. I ended up calling Verizon and got the problem solved in no time. I'm so disappointed that a Verizon representative would take advantage of my mom and waste hers and mine time over a silly cell phone case cover. Will never go back to this store for anything again. I went into this store to get my wife's phone fixed, it couldn't be fixed so I was told I'd need to get her a new one, no problem I have the insurance. Somehow the person helping me didn't use my insurance they added another line to my account without my knowledge to get my wife a new phone (I was not informed about this until a couple months later) while there I was told that if I switched my account from person to a business account I could add two lines and two new phones and only have to pay taxes on the phones. And all this would only raise my monthly bill about 40$ (for a total of 240$) so I did it. A month later I got a bill of almost 700$, I went in to find out why my bill was over double what I was told it would be, the same employee "helped" me fix the problem where he had accidentally put me on a limited data plan, so the extra fees where for overage charges. Okay, honest mistake I thought.
The following month I got a bill for 634$, I went in again, the store employee (different person this time) just had me call customer service, after over an hour on the phone it was explained to me that I was still on a limited data plan instead of the unlimited I was supposed to be on, and I had a 6th device I wasn't even aware of. They removed the extra device and and gave me 30% back for their mistake. No reporcussions or accountability for the employee, who at best is incompetent and at worst a...
