I have lived in big bear 27 years and a customer of this store for over 10 year I called today 8/22/22 and spoke to a male who said he was the owner. I explained my issue and gave my account number, this person hung up on me, saying no thanks. I called back left all my information and account number on voice mail. Everything changes and apparently even the customer service here.
