When dealing with the people in this store, I unfortunately spoke and had a conversation I guess you could call it that with Joe. To my chagrin he was a most non-value of information! My basic issue was my pawn was coming due and I wanted it to be moved to a layaway status. Not only did he at first tell me why would I want to do that? At the next point in our quote unquote conversation he gave me the wrong amount that I had to come up with to get this accomplished. Which left me in a panic simply because as most people are aware at the end of the month if you are on a fixed income money can get tight. Oh and mostly when money is tight and a payment is due it means to either pay your bill or lose your items and this I did not want to do. So fortunately for me I called back damn near and tears and spoke to an angel voice and I believe her name is Kendra. She stated she was the manager of the store at the moment we spoke so she fully identified herself. I explained my situation again and with no more than about three sentences I wiped my tears and found out that the $120 that Joe said I needed was merely $22. At this point I really was confused because of Joe's inability to give me the correct information and hating the store, and Kendra's ability to tell me correct information ease my pain and worries. When I got this loan it was to help my family and my family means the world to me! There's nothing I wouldn't do for my family. Kendra and her ability to put me at ease is part of my extended family! Joe I wish him well but not at cash pawn. In addition he has no business working with the public and people's precious items. If they bring them in to get a loan in my thoughts it wouldn't be going to a casino, it usually in my thoughts goes for a great need, too great for a monthly check. With my store credit Kyle rudely said I couldn’t i told I that it’s been 24’ hrs even when all businesses were with out power and I asked for a corporate number hen said to look it up on google and asked for his boss number and said u definitely ain’t getting that . He held on to my driver license like if I was a criminal.i felt a type of way and I told him you think I’m going to steal. He tells me well we had someone run out already. So ur telling me you was judging me. Every employee was rude and judgmental. Customer service was horrible. I do not recommend this place what’s so over. If they would approached me in a different way I think I would have taken it differently.
