Spanish Inn Restaurant — Restaurant in Big Spring

Save your money and just go next door to Alberto’s. This is the 2nd time having problems with this place.Speaking to the owner of the Spanish Inn who works up front over the phone is beyond ridiculous. She is rude as hell, will not let you substitute anything simple like rice and beans for double rice. She’ll charge you for chips and salsa that you didn’t even ask for. She can’t even take a card number over the phone cause she’s “too busy”. Called next door to Alberto’s for the same thing I tried to order and they had no problem with taking my order and my small request for double rice. And they had twice as many people at there parking lot 😂. It’s simple you like bad service and mediocre texmex then Spanish inn is for you...

The green enchiladas were inedible. Served with curdled cream-like cheese sauce. Nothing "green" about them. We gagged on the first bite. When we asked cashier(owner?) to please remove them since we didn't eat them and ordered the mediocre quesadillas instead. She was extremely rude and stormed off to the kitchen. She came back and angrily said nothing was wrong with them. "You can't send something back just because you don't like them." Lady, we almost puked. Absolutely no excuse for blatant rudeness of little blue haired lady. We thought the full parking lot meant it would be good; NOT. Noticed most people ordered American food. French fries on chicken strip platter were raw...

Horrible customer service! The waiter needed the order repeated twice to him only to bring out the WRONG order. Waited 20 minutes for him to ask if someone had taken our drink order. The other waitress let us know those tables were his and he was supposed to take the orders for everyone in our section. Had to ask him 3 times for a fork and 2 times for a box before we left. I told the cashier about the horriable service we received. She told us that he's not even supposed to be there, not one of their employees but he was covering for someone else. WOW! Never going back plus the food was nothing to...
