Let me start off by saying that from the sales to the installation they did a very good job. I was treated well, they went above and beyond to answer all my questions and gave me what I think was a good price on the system and installation, and also to fit me into their very busy schedules. I couldn't be happier with the system and with the professionalism with which it looks like it was done. I would recommend them as a place to definitely check out if you are in the market to get a sound system for your car.

HOWEVER..... when I went to go pick up my truck I noticed a large scrape on the rear driver side panel that was NOT there when I dropped it off. I had just washed the car right before I dropped it off that morning and hand dried it and would have definitely noticed it as I was drying since it is fairly large and hard to miss. While I can't be sure that it was one of their service guys that accidentally scratched it, it must have happened while on their property. Either in the parking lot or during the installation process. I walked into the store and asked to speak with the person that drove my car and brought him out with me to look at it, before we even got close to it he says "Nope, there's nothing in our shop that could have caused that" and starts walking back into the shop..... that's it.. didn't even get close to look at it or seemed concerned about it. I stood there in disbelief as he started walking back in. I went back inside, quickly paid for the service and drove off. The scratch looks like someone scraped the side of the truck into a white pole or something. Looking at their shop, they have various vertical building structures (you can see it in their shop pictures).... I firmly believe they accidentally turned too close and rubbed one of those up against my panel. It's a fairly large truck so I can see that happening.

I'm not trying to scam them and lie to get them to fix it. I have many other scratches on my car caused by me. But I was VERY disappointed in the lack of concern of this individual (won't give out his name on here).

If you're still reading this, like mentioned before, they do good work and most of their staff gives you great customer service. It's a shame that a good experience with the rest of the business and their team was ruined by the carelessness and disinterest of one of...

Horrible work! I will never take my vehicle there again. They "installed" door speakers and a sub in my truck and when I got home they didn't screw down the sub and the cables ripped out the side because it slid across my floor. They mounted my amp backwards with cables out towards your feet. Becomin a problem ever time someone gets in. Two days after I got my truck back the left door speaker blew........they said because I was using an auxiliary input from my phone and it was my fault it blew. Don't know how it's my fault considering it's a stock gmc deck? I finally got them to replace he speaker under warrantee. Week after it was replaced the other door speaker went out. I am not even gonna go deal with them again I am gonna pay a real installation company to fix all their mess ups! Oh forgot, I also had to get my sub rewired because they wired it as a single coil when it was a duel coil! Good thing that...

Absolutely the worst place to purchase a stereo at,booked an appt ,2 weeks out was soonest could get me in,ok,no problem, pic out a stereo, was given zero facts about it,told them what I wanted,said they would need to order parts in for my car,ok. Now I get a call from them,day before appointment saying they could not get kit to fit my car in, no options for anything else,just tough luck you'll need to reschedule, I had already waited 2 weeks, I check on line and the kit is readily available, can have it next day, I call their competitor,Garrett's across town and they have kit and wiring in stock,I go and buy it there,take it to Good Vibrations, they use it ,put in my stereo, don't give me any sorry,we'll try harder, nothing! To top it off,put new unit in and don't even tell me how to turn it on,link my phone,navigation, anything!! This was my last purchase there! I'll go to Jarrets...
