Because of the review by Rita A....and the thoughtful response from Rusty (owner, I believe), I feel that he does care about the customers and the service his employees gives!!! I am going to check this place out for myself for i am looking for a good vape that gets me off these horrible cigarettes!!! Ok.... I shopped at this store this evening... and i was greeted very friendly. I was personally walked to the back showcase, where Reed assisted me. He was a delight! I told him what I was looking for and he was very thorough in showing me what may be perfect for my needs, and explaining to me how to set it up and how to use my new vape! Very rude!!!! So rude at the west end that I spent my $100 plus elsewhere. The help I had picking a suitable flavor was met with sarcasm and stupidity you would swear they trying to go out of business! I.E. I wanted something that was sweet not sour and was asked if I ever had lemon meringue pie. Being in my 60s I wondered if this individual in his 20s had ever wondered how well a busness could fare by being rude, belligerent, and unfriendly. Well I can tell you that everything in this store can be purchased elsewhere and that is where I will be spending my money. Long haired (shorter than mine) red headed 20 something should be fired. This might be my favorite local business in Billings, MT. I can't say enough great things about this place. Every single time you walk through the door, the staff make you feel like family. You are always welcomed with a smile and multiple greetings. Everyone is super friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and just good souls. The amount of inventory is ridiculous (but in a good way) - there is nothing they don't have or can't get for you! A big thanks goes out to Sydney for always dealing with my nonsense.
