Beautiful facility that is very clean and appears like it is taken care of very well. I don’t think there truly is a bad seat in the house and is a decent size but still good for intimate crowd gatherings if that is what the artist(s) are seeking. Honestly, it’s the employees that make it such a pleasant place. They are genuinely happy, kind, friendly and there to help you out. The front of house assistant manager Ray- was just really great to work with he put the extra effort to foresee that mailing my tickets the week of the holiday may make it so I wouldn’t receive them in time as I had requested; instead they were held at will call AND an email was sent notifying me from him personally with the reasons why I wouldn’t get my tickets the way I had expected. I then had a delightful conversation when I picked them up from him. I truly feel the communication and thought process/planning for events is fantastic! Great Job AB! The only thing I wish is that there was some way to allow for more dressing room space-unfortunately I know sometimes it isn’t just as easy and snapping your fingers to fix problems...

Read moreAttended the Billings Clinic Classic where our party enjoyed the performance of singing artist Jewel. The concert was wonderful as she has an amazing vocal range. For quite a few songs she would perform either a capella or with the music very soft and low; it was at these times the performance was ruined by the loud banter and laughter that could be heard from the lobby as it seeped through the exit doors behind our row (located at the very center of the rear of the theatre). It was extremely distracting and disappointing. Why there were folks outside the door making so much noise instead of enjoying the show made absolutely no sense so we had to assume it was the volunteers/employees that were responsible for the ruckus. This experience tarnished what was otherwise an...
