AVOID THIS PLACE!!! I went there yesterday 4 get something 2 eat as my blood sugar was low & I also needed 2 take some meds I have 2 take with food. It was the dinner rush so I figured the food would be pretty fresh but they where out of 1/2 there line of food & the only thing I could eat was 1 double order of 1 dish with rice (not bad). I also got a few crab puff things (where so hard I couldn't eat them & they had no flavor at all!). I finished eating & went outside a a few minutes after I left a not saying I'd be right back & 2 please not clear the table yet. I left my cell charger plugged in along with a battery pack as I CAN NOT be without a phone at anytime with my medical issues. I'm outside & I see through the window someone doing something with my stuff on the table so I go inside & it turns out it's someone who works there! I ask why he's picking up table & he says &&you can't charge your phone here.&& I was stunned! I ask why not & he says &&because I have 2 pay 4 the power&& (I don't know if this guy was the owner or what, didn't get his name but wish I would have!) & then he throws everything into the beg I had my food in & getting sauce on my charging stuff & battery then before I can say anything & try & explain about my medical needs he walks away!! I was so stunned I couldn't even talk! I thought &&I just spent $12.00 you'd think I would be able 2 charge my devices & if this moron is THAT worried about a charger using HIS power I'll give him a nickel 2 pay 4 it because I've gotta have my phone & with how little power a charger takes a nickel is overkill...
Read moreIf I could do 0 stars, I would. This was supposed to be a bigger plate which consists of 3 entrees 2 sides. I asked for 2 entrees of peppered steak and 1 entree of orange chicken. I noticed the screen added a charge of extra $$ for the chicken but still was charging me the price of a bigger plate and as well as charging me for a FOURTH entree. When I tried to ask the guy taking my order and he cut me off, not once, but twice so at that point I just let it go because it was busy. . If I wouldn’t have had screaming hungry kids in the back seat at that point, I would have just drove off and went elsewhere but I had already waited 15 minutes in the drive thru. I paid almost $14 for this alone and if I’m correct a bigger plate costs no more than $10 and a LITTLE extra depending on the entree. I work in customer service, I understand. Tried calling a few times, no answer. So I’m posting my frustration here. I know places are short staffed and things are hard but c’mon. If there wasn’t enough, tell me. I would have ordered something else. Especially if I’m getting charged for THREE entrees and a mysterious fourth entree, when in reality all I got was 1.5 entrees and 1 side. Times are hard for EVERYONE and I fully understand...
Read moreThe drive in is always REALLY slow, but today's meal takes it to a new low. They kept everyone waiting an extra long time because they ran out of the styrofoam boxes. I get it, things happen. However, when my food came it was in tiny red boxes. Usually my order of double orange chicken and noodles is 2 meals for me. Instead it didn't even make me full for one meal.
What was far worse though, IMO, is the fact that there was almost NO noodles in my noodles. It was a box full of onion, cabbage and celery with a few noodles thrown in here and there. Because the noodles are my favorite part, it completely ruined what little meal I got. I got maybe 1/3 the amount I would have if they had provided the meal in the normal styrofoam--except that only about 1/8 of that 1/3 was comprised of noodles. Don't get me wrong, I normally like the onions and all, I just like having noodles with my noodles.
Top that off with the fact this was the present I begged my husband for for Valentines day (today). All in all, extremely disappointing and my husband is refusing to go back. The drive through always being painfully slow drove him nuts, but paying the same price for much, much less food was the tipping...
