Maybe I should go back and give the place another chance seeing all these positive reviews. The problem I had is I went in and finally got some help but they showed no interest at all with helping me. I tried to buy two guitars and everything I needed but they just pointed and walked away. I went to the front and tried to get them to understand but no help there either. It sure wasn't busy. I loved Mississippi Music and the owners and I live just down the street but this was a horrible experience. I ended up dropping a lot of money into the Guitar Center online but that's not what I wanted to do at all. I've spent a lot of money with the Johnsons with Mississippi Music over the years and for bands I managed . Maybe I'll try again? If not I'll find a investor because we need a good Music store with excellent service and repair work. I hate to spend my money outside the city I live in....

Aweful aweful aweful I have been trying to contact for 5 days regarding a double charge the store was rude and basically told me not their problem I called the customer service number multiple times first time on hold for 2 hours then called again next day same thing two more days tried no answer so today when I got off of work at 8am I called customer service and put my phone on the table and went to bed 7 hours later when I got up and moving it was still on hold no answer 7 HOURS! Do yourself a favor but your stuff elsewhere this is ridiculous. I have contacted the BBB and my bank fraud dept. Good luck to you using...

I’ve been here about 6 or 7 times now and the stores cool enough, they’re one of the only shops in biloxi and they’ve got a good selection of instruments across the board and plenty of the accessories for them and the prices are competitive enough to make it worth going in versus ordering stuff online, but it’s clear some of their employees just don’t enjoy their job. I mean I get it, customer service can be draining but atleast act interested. I think i’d rather make the trip to the other shops around with a crew that atleast enjoy...
