Best place to run into and get the best prices overall for groceries. Most of the products are decent quality, although, sometimes they have a poor quality brand. In spite of that, you shouldn't deter yourself from all the potential savings. My fiancé is always happy to say that the $100 worth of groceries here is closer to $150 at many of the other grocery stores. The other nice thing is that it's not excessively large or packed full of people like you might find at some supermarkets/supercenters. I like that they're environmentally conscious by having the customers utilize boxes or reusable carrying bags. Lastly, I enjoy the parking lot staying clean of carts with the utilization of the cart rental system. It works simply by employing a .25 cent deposit which the customer can get back immediately upon leaving the store and placing it back in the rack. If you've never been I highly recommend visiting your local Aldi and checking them out. They have something for everyone at a very budget...

Went there for my first time. It’s closer to my house than Fultondale. It was very clean. All the workers were polite, and everyone was busy stocking and making the store nice. Sharra (I hope I have her name right) was the checkout cashier on the Sunday morning. She was so polite and accommodating. She helped me to get a special coin out of my cart, and even loaned me a quarter to so that I could retrieve my own coin. The vegetarian food section isn’t as vast as some of the other Aldi locations, but I was still happy to see the Vegetarian and Vegan frozen foods at this location. Thanks Aldi. This is not my usual ALDI location. The one I prefer is located in Trussville. However, the staff at the Roebuck location was very efficient, just as the ones in Trussville. Apparently, they must make this a focal point during their hiring and orientation process. Honestly, I absolutely love that. Not only are the employees efficient and work with a sense of urgency, they are also knowledgeable and have care about themselves. This grocery store chain may not carry all the name brands, but for the most part the product they have is definitely comparable to the high priced name...
