Subway — Restaurant in Birmingham

I took my elderly Mother there to eat after attending the funeral of a family member. When we arrived, the staff was loudly arguing with a customer. Totally unacceptable. They didn't stop when they saw my mother. I thought they would, out of respect. We don't drink carbonated drinks and they had no sweet tea. I asked her why, she said they had no sugar? Then, we asked for unsweetened tea. She said they had no tea bags! This store is most likely a franchise, not a corporate store. The worse experience I've ever had at a Subway. I visited this store on 9/5/20. I had an online order. When I picked up my food I learned that I was given old bread. I mean the bread was so jard it was flaking off. I have braces and can't chew anything hard. When I asked the manager to remake the sandwich she bacome argumentative and extremely rude. When I asked for my money back she claimed she didn't know how to do it and had to call another store. She eventually gave me my money back and continued to speak in an argumentative tone to her co workers as I left the store. A male worker, got out of his car, went behind the counter and started touching things.. I asked him was he going to wash his hands..he had already touched the register and then the cutting knives by the lettuce etc.. I observed them allowing customers to stand OVER the food counter( discussing what they what on there sandwich) WITHOUT the mask fully on... pulled down from their nose or just pulled down..and they were standing tall enough Over the food.. This must be address and never happen again.. also, another worker constantly touching his mask at the nose because it kept falling down..using those same gloves touching his nose to made sandwiches...
