To my surprise, I came back to this location and I had such a horrible review about... But... This time have all the times I've ever been, this time was quite different. 10 million years, kind of got to order dinner while you're ordering lunch because you'll get to eat both of them while I'm standing there...
There's a manager in here and I believe she said her name was Alicia... But just in case it's not, you'll know her when you walk in ... And taking care of 50 problems and one single time and going from one person and telling them something to a different person telling them something new and then going to a different person and talking to them about their order and then getting on the headset..... She literally make me exhausted just watching her run

   Read moreI had a very bad experience with one of the teenage workers. First I pulled up and saw no vechiles parked out front. Not even employees cars, no cars at the drive thru window. A work truck on the out skirts of the drive thru window. A man standing at the drive thru window. After waiting at the speaker no one answered. So I pulled up to the window and the man was still standing there talking with the female teen employee. She told me I had to place my order at the speaker. I told her I was their and no one asked for my order, so I was not sure they were open. Another male employee came up and said I had to order at the speaker. I asked him did I need to back up to the speaker and she said (teen employee) yes. Male employee said another car had came up so I could go ahead and give her (teen employee) my order. She looked at me and told him no you take her order. She in addition told me I could not come inside and order but told the man who walked up and placed a order to come inside and get his order. I spoke with Kristal (manager) about the rude, no customer service, no respect for customers this teen showed. I suggest this employee be sent home for classes or somewhere to be taught customer service. She is a total embarrassment to your company and store #5501. I plan to let all people that are trying to patronize your business during these trying times to take there business elsewhere. My suggestion to corporate is to handle this ASAP or shut down and let a more customer oriented business...

Today June 29,2022 8:45p.m. I sent my kids to purchase a meal for my son who is artistic. He ONLY eat PLAIN burgers! Meaning No ketchup mustard mayo pickles NOTHING But Bread cheese and the bacon and bread. We ordered the #4 Bacon king. Well Ms. Ann took it upon herself to act like she did something to my childâs food. Her attitude told it ALL. Very POOR customer service. I donât like the words⌠Go ahead and eat it.. What does that mean Ms. Ann? The Night Manager!! Well she wouldnât let me use My perks.. Iâm sure her name isnât Ann. But she did have the Braids with 1 D-8n gold tooth in the front of her mouth!
