Restore Hyper Wellness — Local services in Birmingham

Prior to being transferred to the Birmingham location from Royal Oak. I was a complete Restore Hype Girl. The Royal Oak staff was wonderful from beginning to end. Kind front desk, kind manager, loved the esthetician, and all of the nurses.

Once being transferred to Birmingham, which I was not informed of. I have continually experienced issues. The front desk staff is not as friendly. I have been charged for services I didn’t receive. When asking questions about my account I have not received accurate information.

I have kept my account up until this point because of convenience and product pricing when being compared with competition. However, it is clear that you receive what you pay for.

I have moved forward with canceling my account.

Reviews of this location and conversations with friends who used to frequent the Restore location in Royal Oak, it is clear that many clients are feeling the same.

I’m excited to wrap up the use of my pending credits and receive my services elsewhere in the future.

Furthermore-it is unethical to make policy changes to how clients can and cannot use their accounts without notification.

The assistant manager stated a policy change went into effect on 1/1/2024 stating you may not use membership credits while your account is in frozen status. However, I have zero documentation from Restore of the policy change.

I resigned my membership agreement on 2/24/2024, but if this policy took effect 1/1/2024, notifications should have been sent to all members notifying everyone of a change to their agreement.

I would love to know what you have attempted to do to rectify the situation. I have not had any contact with you. But, I encourage you to reach out to me directly.

On more than one occasion, I have been billed for services not received by this location.

You may perceive my review as a shame, but it appears your current reviews speak for themselves, as you have many one star reviews. Perhaps it is time for you to evaluate your staff and facility.

Restore HyperWellness in Birmingham, Michigan has great customer service, is clean, with has attentive and helpful staff.

I like the Sauna because it's helped get excessive toxins out of my body. My health has improved greatly because of having access to a sauna.

In addition, I appreciate having the ability to get my personal health needs met by having the opportunity to get key vitamin and nutrients through IV Drip therapy. Instead of waiting for sickness or disease to arrive and then using IV's to help me, I've been able to use IV's to add vitamins and minerals to my body and thusly, keep illness away. I've received vitamin C, B-Complex, B12, Magnesium and there are so many more available. Magnesium has been a key player in restoring good quality sleep to my life and has been a great help through the hormonal fluctuations of Peri-Menopause.

Compression Therapy is also very helpful, not only for relieving muscle tension and strain for athletes, but it helps with the cardiovascular system. Ive found Compression therapy useful at specific times to simply relax.

I greatly appreciate that Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy is available as well, although I need to save up my money, because the key effects of this health aid, can really be found, not sporadically or on occasion, but repeatedly in a set period of time like 1-2 months.

There are many other offerings at the Restore HyperWellness Store in Birmingham that I do not utilize due to time constraints and extra costs involved, but I couldn't be more grateful to have the opportunity to have access to the important health care systems that I personally most need at a price that I can actually afford!

The staff was literally fantastic. So knowledgeable, even one of the owners. I talked to Ali (the RN) who was so informative and personable and not pushy on anything! I ended up doing compression therapy (60 min) and full body cryo. I was sooo nervous about the cryo and between the staffs encouragement and my resilient self I did the full 3 minutes and 15 seconds!! I figure I can do anything for 3 minutes, so don’t be afraid!!! DANCE and put on a song!!!! The next day I did my workout that has literally been so hard to do because of pain and I was shocked at how much my pain subsided from one treatment!!! I went back the next day to do both services again! Im going to try PEMF next which I’m soooo excited about!!!!
