I walked in to this store with the intention of purchasing a phone for a child. The sales rep was advised on my needs and my budget, she completely ignored this and continued to up sell me. Rep proceeded to lie several times regarding pricing saying my plan would not qualify for special pricing turns out I did qualify. The rep then proceeded to tear the box apart to rip out the phone which was suppose to be a gift then held up the box and asked do you still need this? Before going to the register I advised several times I was going with the $50 plan plus $30 for an additional line. Rep then proceeded to give me a dual line for $100 dollars and said the $80 plan dose not exist. I pointed at the giant poster and advised it did. She agreed and then turned around the kiosk and hit accept buttons for me. Big red flag!. She then said your all set and had me take a seat for another 30 minutes while she tried to get more sales and was waiting for another associate to take a look at her work. I asked her for a print out or a conformation of my new plan and she said she didn't have any. After I left the store I called the 611 number to see the changes made on my plan, the phone rep verified my suspicions and confirmed I was on a $100 dual line plan and not the $80. The call center in the Philippines was unable to fix the situation so I had to take time off from work to get a hold of some one in Springfield Missouri to fix the issue. Unfortunately I will still be getting pro rated charges and my next bill will still be $100. T-Mobile, it's retail outlets and subsidiaries can teach everyone a great lesson: you get exactly what...

Switching from Verizon to T-Mobile at this location has been a nightmare. I came in after being told over the phone my number was ready to port â it wasnât. After already spending 2 hours on the phone, I had to spend another 2 hours in-store redoing the process. The rep helping me was also juggling two other customers at the same time, which only added to the delays and lack of focus. They didnât have the iPhone Pro 256GB in stock (which is ridiculous for a phone store), so it had to be ordered.
The next day, I woke up to no service, missing critical work calls, texts, and emails. I called Murad that morning for help but was told he couldnât assist unless I drove 30 minutes back to the store. Later that day after work, I returned to Birmingham where Murad partially canceled the phone order (which had been sent to the wrong address) and told me to refuse delivery if it showed up. By then, he suggested I just go to Apple to get the phone same day â something that could have been recommended at the start and saved me 6+ hours, lost productivity, and a lot of stress and no recourse other than an apology and to start over.
This location needs serious improvement in training, inventory management, and customer...
