I'd always enjoyed this location until today when I had to place an order via Door Dash. I'm not sure if it's just poor training of current staff or a lack of respect towards delivery customers. I had to place 2 different orders through door dash because apparently no one working today knows how to make a venti iced caramel macchiato + 2 extra shots of espresso. The first time I placed this order I received it hot and even though the order label on the cup stated it was a quad shot it was not. I figured I would just notify door dash and drink it as is, it tasted like hot dirty milk so I placed a second order hoping to receive the correct item. My second order arrived a short time later and again was not what I'd ordered. This time I did receive an iced caramel macchiato with my extra espresso but it arrived at about half the size of what I'd paid for. Both times the delivery driver showed the order and instructions to a barista (different one each time) and both times my beverage was made wrong.    Read moreI visit this location about 3 times a week. The employees are always friendly and polite, but the store itself has serious issues. I usually order ahead on my app about 20 minutes before I plan to pick it up, because it normally takes at least that long to make the order. However, that can be unreliable as well. More times than not, my order is either not finished or incomplete because of this location being out of a product. I have taken a financial loss before because this store was out of a food item or ingredient for my coffee and I didn't have time to wait for them to replace or refund the item. The dysfunction doesn't stop there. The drive-thru is consistently closed and they have had to fully shut down because their "computer systems are down." I thought a recent remodel would help things run more smoothly, but it seems things just continue to get worse here. So she calls the shift manager over who has the worse Fâin attitude. I asked her for the receipt because Iâve been told at this location before my card would be refunded and I didnât get my money back. She rolled her eyes because I wanted a receipt! A receipt. Not to mention my drink is nasty. Happy birthday to me! When I was a barista in undergrad we weee trained to know that Starbucks was not a necessity and people could take their business elsewhere, therefore always have good customer service.
