Men's Wearhouse — Local services in Bismarck

Not happy with Mens Wearhouse in Bismarck at all. Initially when my husband and I went in to set up all the outfits for the wedding day we were happy with them, they took time to listen and help us get exactly what we were looking for (we didn't have the traditional "all men in the same outfit") each guy in our wedding was in a different shade of gray so it took a lot of coordinating. About 2 months before the wedding I had an odd feeling that something was not right, so I went in and had them go back over the orders with me. EVERYTHING was wrong in the system, my husband and our dads were entered right but all the groomsmen and ushers were wrong! I was thankful that they took time to go back over it with me and straighten things out. We got married in Sioux Falls, SD when we went to the SFSD location to pick up my husbands suit it was 5 sizes to big for him, yes 5 sizes, he literally looked like a clown! He had not gained or lost weight, the Bismarck store either entered ALL the wrong numbers or did not measure him correctly. Sioux Falls was amazing and able to get him what we needed in time. Finally the wedding day comes and one of our groomsmen was in a WHITE button up shirt. All the groomsmen were to buy gray button ups because you are unable to rent in this color. Even after I went in a second time to and straighten everything out they still were not able to get the order correct, and we just had to deal with the white shirt because it was there was no time to run back to the store. We went with Mens Wearhouse for 2 reasons: 1. they are very large and well known 2. we had groomsmen and ushers living in all different areas of the country and wanted to make it easy for them to get their rentals. I will not recommend the Bismarck Mens Wearhouse to ANYONE, this place is a joke. They are very nice and act like they know how to help you get what you the things you are requesting, but there is something missing in the communication or organization part of...

Have rented from Men's Warehouse in the past. I went into the Bismarck location with my fiancé to set up our wedding party and was happy with the service even with there computers not working. This made things take longer but we understood there was nothing they could do about it. About a week later I got a call and confirmed some details. When I asked about the price to confirm each groomsmen would pay around $120 (which is what they told me in the store it would cost) for their rental, they said no it will be $224 per rental. I was obviously upset because my fiancé and I do not live in the same city so this complicated things. Instead of offering to fix there mistake they wanted me to change my selection if I wanted the price reduced. I did switch the coat I chose because it doesn't look much different. Completely unimpressed. I was going to go here and rent the ties that would have matched my bridesmaid dresses for our wedding, but after the experience we have had (along with 2 other members of the wedding we were just in) I would rather get a different color all together. The lady who “helped” was extremely rude when it came to returning any of the rented tuxes, they never checked the system when we asked to verify if the entire wedding party had picked up everything and if not, we would like to get it all. This led to a wedding party member going back the day of to rush and get the rented tux, which could have been avoided with a quick check in their system.
