This guy Kenny tried to tell my fiance that the diamond earrings I bought her are fake diamonds, oh excuse me, "lab diamonds" when we have the certificate of authenticity from the DIAMOND jewelers I purchased them from several years ago. It's not enough that people find themselves on hard times and try to make it the best way they can in an honest way. This dude wants to take advantage. Bad business practices so I wouldn't recommend to anyone. As a matter of fact, I'll spread the word about why there are many other more reputable places to do business. No thanks.

Now that I've read the past reviews, we figured there was something off about the worker saying that Kenny was the new owner. It sounds like the "new "owner's" not much better than the "past owners". This guy signaled to the employee to "check" the earrings AFTER the employee had convinced her to borrow a little more than what she came to borrow. Then after "testing" the earrings Kenny took over the transaction and said, I'll loan you the lower amount because these are moissanite. The most ridiculous thing is that the same earrings at dwntn tulsa pawn are loaned out for double the amount and we have a 100% pickup rate.

Also, Kenny's jewelry is the worst looking over priced costume...

We have absolutely hated our experience with this shop. We brought in a laptop purchased new less than a year ago for $500 and they said they couldn't give us more than $50 when pawning it. We thought our other laptop was there as well and went to pay to keep it in longer but they didn't have it only the one we pawned 2 weeks ago. However we didn't realize it was that one and they did not even mention we had more time before we had to pay to keep it in longer. They just smiled a big smug smile afterwards and never said a word about us not needing to pay yet and we were gonna be able to get it out here in a week where we wouldn't have to pay to keep it in longer. In the same visit my husband pulled out an EZ Pawn ticket on accident and rather than leave it or hand it back he just flicked it at my husband rather than be a normal decent person and hand it to him. We have seen them lie to people and say they don't take certain items at all when they do indeed have those same items on a shelf for sale rather than say they have too many. After getting our laptop out we will not be returning. You're better off going to Tulsa. They also overprice items they sell. A PS4 is $300, when I got the same kind of PS4 from another pawn shop a year and a half ago for $200. And the new system has been out for a while now which makes the value of PS4 go down just...

A few weeks back I was in need of a trip to a pawn shop. Only seeing one on television I was a little nervous not really knowing what to expect. My anxiety melted away as soon as walked in to the clean, well lit and well stocked and very welcoming shop. I was met with a smile on the face of Kenneth. I had a ring I ask him to look at and I told him what limited knowledge I knew about it. Our conversation started with the ring , included stories of gem stone mines, diamond mines, lab created diamonds to trips taken or planned to take and even ended up wishing a belated Birthday to ‘the real boss’ of the store. She shared a Birthday with my son so I had to wish her well. To make a long story short I felt like part of the family when I left . I was very happy with the outcome and so glad I discovered them. I will go back to do shopping and hopefully see my new friends again. I highly recommend...
