Don’t bother with the mobile app drive through pick up. Ordered this morning on the app, went through the drive through and was sitting there waiting for my mobile order when another car pulled up, ordered, paid, got his food, was on his way, and a second car ordered and paid before I got my food… why are the people I was there before being served before me? I did the app because I was in a hurry… did me ZERO good. This location also struggled with order accuracy. I eat here pretty often and probably 1/3- 1/2 the time there is SOMETHING wrong with the order. Read moreThis Chick-fil-A is by far the slowest Chick-fil-A I have ever encountered. Not only do they take a long to get food out but half the time my order is wrong and missing something. I take breaks from coming to this Chick-fil-A often to come back to see improvement and it is still the same. I work near by so location is convenient but I might as well just drive to a different location if I am going to be waiting 20-30min each time. Read moreTonight was one of the best dining experiences I've ever had. Not just best Chic-fil-A, or best fast food experience, but dining in general. I placed a mobile order, without paying attention to the time, and arrived at the store 3 minutes to closing. The employees still greeted me with a smile, had my food hot and ready, took the time and care to bag it so that my nuggets stayed warm and my fruit stayed cool.
