Discovered these guys today after waking up to a cracked laptop screen. (My cats most likely used it as a trampoline in the night lol). They were able to put a used screen in it in about an hour for what I would consider a very very very fair price. They may have to order a new screen depending on your computer's screen size, but I seriously doubt their prices for repairs can be beat by anyone. Not only that, but their attitude and customer service was absolutely impeccable. They treated my computer as if it were their own and gave me a list of the best possible options, not a list of the most profitable options for themselves (Like some big name electronics stores). They will certainly be my go to choice for all my future...

I am so SAD and so MAD....apparently wanting your computer cleaned up from pop up ads results in wiping your whole computer clean of 3000+ pictures of the last 8 years of your life!!!!! He couldn't get ahold of me because my voicemail wasn't set up so Doug decided to take it upon himself to wipe it completely without my consent.. I would have rather waited another month had it taken that long for me to call them or them to get ahold of me than for someone to take it upon themselves to make that decision. He wasn't able to retrieve any of it back and now I'm devastated. Don't go here if you don't want to loose your pictures or at least have them all...

So glad I found these guys! They have never failed to go over my expectations! I could not do without their expertise for all my computer needs! They keep my external hard drive at the store as I would have no clue how to back up and reinstall all my work programs. I have given them specs for helping me get a new computer to meet the requirements of my company and they came through even on the price. Thank you so much...
