Pizza Shoppe — Restaurant in Bixby

Terrible experience. Our order was simple and delivered incorrectly. We ordered iced tea, water, and a medium (Queen) Chicken Margherita Pizza. The server never came by to refill our drinks. My wife carried our glasses up to the kitchen area to ask a server to refill them for us. She was actually the one that took our order, and had to come to the table to ask again what we had to drink (after she took our order, and my wife told her what we had). There were only two other couples in there during this time. The servers were going around to the tables apologizing to everyone about the long wait. After 30 minutes of waiting, our pizza finally arrived. The server asked if we would like any sauces, and my wife asked for ranch. She never brought it. After we started on our pizza we noticed there wasn't any chicken on it. We flagged down a server and asked the server if the pizza was supposed to come with chicken, she said "I guess they took your order wrong." We didn't finish our pizza we paid our bill and left. Poor service and mediocre food. A restaurant that takes pride in their food if they get your order wrong they offer to make it right. This place does not do that. We will...

I have never felt disrespected from a place before. Yes, I have a toddler and she is on the spectrum. She is hungry and tired from being at the park. I did not like the comment you want to take them to the game room to run engery off. No I would like to order. I especially did not like your comment when I took my daughter outside to calm down. My family i was with told me your rude comments. Saying it is so much quieter now that she is gone and you are lucky it's not busy right now. That is rude to make a mother feel that horrible. Then no refills at all, the service you gave our table was horrible compared to other tables. Other tables were offered to go drinks, kids didn't get their cookies with the kids meals, and the spaghetti was dry the kids got, and the disrespectfulness that was shown to us was horrible. I would never recommend this place if you have a toddler that has a hard time with emotions or any kid that has a hard time. Some friends took us here, mostly because they love "The Pink Stuff" (garlic salad dressing). While the salad is just iceberg, old school bacon bits, and a couple of slices of pepperoni, I have to say that with "The Pink Stuff" it was quite good.

Our servers were very friendly. We did have to call them over a couple of times for drink refills but no biggie.

I like the pizza sizes. The Prince is the smallest but you can also order the smaller lunch size (but pay a dinner price) in the evenings. I had the The Garden Supreme mini (Black olives, green pepper, mushrooms, red and white onion, artichoke hearts, roma tomatoes, feta and mozzarella). I really liked it but would have enjoyed a few more tomatoes. It did need a couple of sprinkles of red pepper.

Others enjoyed The Hawaiian Jack (Canadian bacon, pineapple, green peppers, mushrooms and pepper jack cheese), and a build your own sausage and pepperoni.
