I called in recently regarding a shipment that was coming in late (not even WGP's fault, USPS was just severely behind), and Adam was able to clearly and thoroughly walk me through the next steps, and even helped me to decide on a great alternative to what I had ordered instead. This type of professionalism and care for customers is always lacking, especially in a high pace and high stakes environment like the repair industry, and WGP definitely has a gem with employee Adam. With a variety of shipping services and options of parts, I would highly suggest that independent repair shops, big or small, convert to using WGP. I repair mainly iPhones, as these are the most popular handsets in NYC (I am based out of the Big Apple) and their Premium Evolve and Premium Evolve Incell, which are their premier aftermarket screens, have been the best quality that I have seen by far and away. The touch responsiveness and colors are quite nearly 1:1 with OEM screens, and I was quite astonished as to how aftermarket screens could reach such a quality. Their parts are great quality, selection is on par with the likes of MS and IG, and pricing is often at or just below the other big suppliers. But to be completely honest, while you can get quality parts from the other suppliers, I will forever use WGP for their unmatched customer service. On top of being assigned an account rep from day one (which I don't have with other suppliers after over a year in business), my issues are resolved promptly and I've never been accused of damaged parts being because of something I did. My initial rep was named Nick but seems to have moved on so my current rep is Brian who has saved by butt on multiple occasions. But to make matters even better, I rarely need to even bring a matter to Brian as WGP has stellar support readily available by calling in or using their website chat. While I often have by issues resolved by Brittany and Melissa (may have the names wrong I'm horrible with names. My most recent issue was resolved over the phone by Juliette after a part was delivered in the incorrect color. They had the correct part shipped out for next day delivery within minutes and personally verified it was the correct color. They then supplied me with a return label for the incorrect part. The quick resolution of the issue is just the most recent highlight of how dedicated WGP is to their customers even the small stores they supply. They have a wide selection and rarely do I have to go elsewhere to find the part I need. Parts quality is excellent, and the people working there are outstanding. Brian has always been so helpful answering questions I’ve had about parts they carry and about the laser machine I purchased from them. Melissa, my dedicated customer service rep, has been a pleasure to work with as well. I was given her direct line and that was a game-changer for me.
