Moondogs Coney Cafe — Restaurant in Bixby

We stopped to get some dogs today to go. I ordered 10 chili cheese one enchilada dog one moon dog and a three way chili.. we loved it everything was delicious. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. There is a descriptive menu that tells what each item has on it. The food was nice and hot ( even though we live very south Bixby ) it was still hot when we got home. The facility was very cute inside and VERY CLEAN. And the staff was very quick at whipping up out order. The only thing that was wrong from my order and I’m sure it V was just accident was I ordered no onion on the whole order I hate them . And the two dogs I ordered (moon an enchilada) both had a few onions but that c will not c soo me from going again . I asked the side if the dogs soo I knew how many to order for my family of four and the last was honest and V said they are small .. I appreciate that soo I didn’t get home and not have enough food for growing teens !!! It was very reasonably priced! Thank you Mike...

This is a must try spot! I once thought the argument over "coneys" were settled here in Tulsa. I found challengers and they are making a statement here. The menu is fresh and creative. Things like "phony" dog (no dog at all haha), Philly dog, Moondog, and chicago dog join the ranks of your classic Coney. I spent $18 on 3 reg and 1 chz coneys w/ 2 small sodas. Its a very clean place. The woman that did food service was incredibly kind and all smiles. But the hallelujah music was way too much. The chili is not from the coney islander that I will always be committed to at 37th and Peoria. I appreciate the cleanliness and the outside vibe. But the lil jesus in the drink area and the music are why its empty on a Wednesday at 12:15 in bixby ok. Literally on the same road that truckers go down all day. Tip: try no music and try different location. Cause in the restaurant biz. It's all about what? Location location location. Find a building to adhere to...
