I was really excited about trying this place out, even brought my hubby on family day… we live really close, but we won’t be coming back unless some big changes are made.
Starting with the positives: the ladies working there were all really nice and the concept is cute.
Negatives abound: Firstly, the prices are hideous. My husband, myself, and our two yr old paid $67 for a microwaved lunch that left us hungry (Went to Nola’s for a nice family meal later in the week and literally spent half as much). 3 small items to eat, 2 coffees that weren’t mixed up at all and COULDN’T be blended, and a juice box for nearly $70?! My avocado toast bagel was good (better be at just under $8). It came out first so my daughter thankfully played while I ate, but my husband watched me. Finally her tiny pizza came out, microwaved, sad and floppy. We both ate and my husband’s cheese fries still hadn’t arrived. We were READY to leave and just ask for his food to be refunded as it finally shows up.
Second: Play isn’t free. It’s $10 and you have to buy socks if you didn’t know to bring them. No shoes in the play area. Toys were a total mess. You can’t run a place like this and not have SOMEONE on staff making SOME effort to keep things, at the very least, presentable. My daughters play areas never get this messy and this is something special we’re paying for?? No thanks.
Third: Cramped and no space to sit as a family. All the tables but one were two tops and the ONE table that seats 4 people long ways faces the play area so all the moms on there phones were sitting there. We’re a tiny family of three and there was literally nowhere where we could sit together. My daughter sat in my husband’s lap to eat and ended up dropping part of her expensive little pizza because she couldn’t maneuver properly. The isle and area by the register is all so cramped that my daughter was trying to walk to me when her pizza finally came out she ended up getting hit in the face by some lady that wasn’t paying attention and had her phone in her hand. Dropped her hand down from checking her phone and bam my daughter’s eyebrow now has a huge red welp. Just ZERO space to be comfortable in there.
No idea about the restrooms because we bolted as fast...
Read moreWe went here once on a regular tuesday. The staff was friendly and nice. Their coffee was okay but i prefer a stronger blend. There were lots of kids the time we came and i wonder if they have a limit on the number of children who can come in and play since their place was relatively small. Some of their toys were pretty worn out but that is understandable considering the number of children who play on a daily. I suggest that the staff can come and tidy the play area a bit at the other half of their shift for children who come in late so they can still enjoy the place.
Their restroom is clean, adult and kid-friendly 👍
I honestly think that they can move to a bigger space that is close to this vicinity since they have a lot of customers. This will benefit both the clients and the owner/s and i think they will be able to attract more people :)
They serve some food and sacks for the guardians and kids.
They require kids to wear non slip socks in the play area so bring your own or buy from them :)
I recommend this place for people to try and im glad we have such a place in the...

The play area is clean, imaginative, and engaging, with plenty of activities to keep little ones entertained for hours. But what truly sets this cafe apart is the exceptional customer service. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure both kids and parents felt welcome and comfortable. They were always available to answer questions, offer assistance, and ensure everyone had a positive experience. The cafe also offers a delicious menu with a variety of options for both adults and children.
