Ordered a funeral floral arrangement to be delivered for a funeral service, which never arrived. By the time I had been able to confirm with a family member that the flowers never were delivered J&J were closed. So I calle J&J the next morning after confirming that my credit card had been charged for the purchase, but they were not taking calls so I left a message asking for a call back to explain why the flowers had not been delivered. I also intended to request a refund. Never received a call back. Later in the day received a text from one of the family members indicating a bouquet had been delivered to their home. While I appreciate the effort made to make and deliver the flowers to the family a day after the funeral I cannot give more than 2 stars because of the lack of owning up to the mistake by apologizing personally and offering a refund since the flowers were intended for the funeral service. Sorry will not use this...

I contacted the owner, Jess…to personally order some flowers to a friend that was having a bad day. Jess explain to me that they were swamp and if possible, can they deliver the following week. I understood and looked at their website and that I am AIFD Master Floral Designer with 45 years of experience, I was impressed by the photos of their work and felt confident to order through their website…When my friend received their flowers, she sent me photos of the arrangement that I paid nearly $100 (for the following arrangement)…whereas they didn’t receive the flowers that I order. This is the photo of the arrangement…you decide if you will want to pay $100...

This place is awesome! Not only was I able to place my order online, but it was super easy! I chose to have them design a bouquet for me to send to my mom. When it arrived a couple of hours later, she was FLOORED with how gorgeous it was! She sent a photo to me, and when I saw it, it was on the same level as flower shops in Seattle where I live! 100% worth every penny, plus they hand wrote her card! I will definitely be using them again for all my flower needs. What a blessing...
