New Hong Kong Restaurant — Restaurant in Blackfoot

Pretty typical Chinese food; fairly inexpensive with serving sizes to feed a small army. Customer service wasn't exactly stellar, but it was adequate.

We got take-out on our last visit and when we went to pick it up when it was supposed to be ready, they hadn't even started on it. Not a huge deal. After getting home we ended up finding an extra container of an entree we didn't order; not sure if that was a "sorry we messed up" or if it was an accident.

I love the food here. I worked here and at their buffet (Hong Kong Garden) (same owner) and it does get busy. The staff is really nice and the food is always hot. If you're not impressed with Something let your waitress know and the owners will try hard to please you. Owners and cooks are very friendly people it is a local family owned restaurant. When busy and you call you may feel rushed but its not cause their rude its cause the waitresses have the job of answering phones as well. .like I said it gets really really busy. This...

This used to be our favorite Chinese Restaurant. Last night we called in our order and the girl that took our order seemed very confused. I had some questions about the seafood soup. She said she didn't know because she had never ate it before. WHAT!She didn't even want to find out!! We went to pick up our order and she forgot to put our order in.
