Horrible customer service I've bought multiple disposable vapes from them some would burn out fast i would tell the owner just to let him know not asking for a refund but yesterday I went in bought a puff bar opened it up in front of the employee that was working there and took a hit and it did not work it was leaking juice so I told him hey you seen me open it up here and you seen it doesn't work then I asked can I switch it out for a new one he said no so I asked him can you call your boss and ask him if he could switch it out after asking him a couple times and him acting like it was such a big problem to call his boss/owner of this place he called him and then the owner River said the same thing no refunds after his employee just seen that i opened it up in the shop and tried it out there and it didn't even turn on or work don't waste your time or money at the genie lamp there's a vaping outlet it has much...

I came here when it first opened and I was not impressed with the selection and have not been back until today. Selection was much better so were the prices. The particular vape I was looking at was one the employee has had in his own personal collection. Instead of telling me it was a great device no problems. He told me the pros and cons.
