I hardly ever post reviews when it’s bad, I normally give first and second chance regardless of the situation. So if I post one it’s because my experience was externally bad. I went to purchase a snow blower. First the people have no knowledge of what they are selling, they’re just there for money grab, I asked for all the info I need to know before purchasing but they lied about the power of the machine and made it seem like the blower was just a monster, where in reality it was no where near what they sold me into. And then they didn’t tell me the return policy on that knowing that I’m investing $700 into this machine. I believe that is an info anyone would want to know while making that big of a purchase. Last when I called customer service to talk to them about the issue the lady that answered ( Stephenie ) was super disrespectful and not knowledgeable. If it was possible to give 0 Star I would have done that. I wouldn’t recommend anyone purchasing anything from Ace Hardware, at least not form this poor...

I've been visiting this Ace regularly for the few years I've owned a home nearby. I've made some larger purchases (power equipment) as well small purchases (basic parts) and my experience has been consistent.

The primary reason this store stands out is that it's much easier to get assistance for something than a big box store. To that end I usually visit this store if I need any kind of employee interaction, buying paint for example. It's also not very busy a lot of the time, so for me it's well worth paying the extra few dollars and getting in and out quickly.

The location is hard to beat as well, with plentiful parking and very easy access.

I have yet to use the store's shop or services, but I don't think it would be any different than what I've come to...

I went here today to pick up something I had dropped off for repair that was ready and it just made me smile as I walked in. I've always been greeted with a smile at this location. I've lived in the area for over 20 years and have always found what I was looking for or was given what was needed when I wasn't quite sure what that was. This whole staff is always friendly beyond any big box hardware store and they always have an answer to the problem, even if it is to call a professional because you're in over your head with this one. If they don't have it on hand, they'll find one if it's available. I'll be going back,...
